Renewable Energy Systems Americas Inc. Announces Commissioning of Two Wyoming Wind Projects

Today Renewable Energy Systems Americas Inc. (RES Americas), a national leader in the development and construction of wind power projects, announced the commissioning of two wind projects in the State of Wyoming ‐ High Plains and McFadden Ridge I. The projects, located in Albany and Carbon Counties, will provide a total of 127.5 megawatts (MW) of renewable resource capability to PacifiCorp.
RES America Construction, Inc. served as the balance‐of‐plant construction contractor. PacifiCorp, an electric utility serving 1.7 million customers in six Western states as Rocky Mountain Power and Pacific Power, is the developer, owner and operator of the projects.
The High Plains Wind Project (99 MW) consists of 66, 1.5 MW turbines.
The McFadden Ridge I Wind Project (28.5 MW) consists of 19, 1.5 MW turbines.
