Corporate bond of PNE WIND AG is listed in the Prime Standard
Friday, Sep 20, 2013
The corporate bond (ISIN DE000A1R0741, WKN A1R074) of the wind farm developer PNE WIND AG is now listed in the Prime Standard for corporate bonds at the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and is therefore included in the segment with the highest transparency standards. This development follows on this week’s increase of the corporate bond to EUR 100 million, a step which now means that all eligibility requirements for the segment have been met. Previously, the corporate bond was traded only on the regulated market (Regulierter Markt).
The Prime Standard for corporate bonds, according to the German stock exchange, is meant for recognised market leaders, who want to strengthen their international competitive position and enhance their reputation with a bond issue. There are currently ten corporate bonds traded in this segment.
Martin Billhardt, CEO of PNE WIND AG, takes a positive view on the development: "Achieving the highest level of trust and transparency in communication are very important to us and in this respect we are pleased that our corporate bond – as with our share – is now listed in the Prime Standard.”
