ArrayPower Sequenced Inverter™ meets safety and grid compliance standards for solar markets in North America

ArrayPower, a Silicon Valley-based power electronics company, today announced its second generation Sequenced Inverter™ has completed and passed all certification tests required for use in solar installations across the United States and Canada.

ArrayPower’s Sequenced Inverter converts the DC power produced by solar photovoltaic (PV) modules into grid-ready, three-phase AC power for use in commercial-scale PV systems. Module manufacturers integrate Sequenced Inverters into their products during the manufacturing process to reduce costs and ease system installation with a plug-and-play AC module.

Sequenced Inverter Model AP-SI-270BB was deemed to meet or exceed all safety and grid compliance standards after testing performed by MET Laboratories, Inc., a Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory (NRTL). These standards include:
