JinkoSolar to report third quarter 2012 results on November 20, 2012

SHANGHAI, Nov. 6, 2012 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/-- JinkoSolar Holding Co., Ltd. ("JinkoSolar" or the "Company") (NYSE: JKS), a leading global solar power product manufacturer, today announced that it plans to release its unaudited financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2012 before the open of U.S. markets on Tuesday, November 20, 2012.

JinkoSolar's management will host an earnings conference call on Tuesday, November 20, 2012 at 8:00 a.m. U.S. Eastern Standard Time (9:00 p.m. Beijing / Hong Kong the same day).
