First Solar to Announce 2009 Fourth Quarter and Year End Financial Results on Thursday, February 18, 2010

First Solar, Inc. will report financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 26, 2009, after market close on Thursday, February 18, 2010. The Company will hold its quarterly conference call to discuss these results and outlook for 2010 at 4:30 p.m. EST. Investors may access a live web cast of this conference call by visiting http://investor.firstsolar.com/phoenix.zhtml?c=201491&p=irol-calendar.

An audio replay of the conference call will also be available approximately two hours after the conclusion of the call.
