Eilat-Eilot Renewable Energy conference to kick off with ENERGYVEST summit

The Eilat-Eilot Renewable Energy Initiative today announced that its 5th International Eilat-Eilot Renewable Energy Conference & Exhibition will open with its inaugural ENERGYVEST Summit, a special pre-conference workshop for investors.

The ENERGYVEST Summit will provide an interactive forum for investors from around the world to have an in-depth, hands-on look at investment and partnership opportunities with many of the leading alternative and sustainable energy technology companies in Israel. Investment bankers, heads of strategic investment divisions at large corporations, venture capitalists, angel investors and individual investors from across North America, Europe and Asia are expected to register and attend the ENERGYVEST Summit.

The ENERGYVEST Summit agenda will open with a keynote lecture from Benjamin Kafri, Global Head of Client Relations at Bloomberg New Energy Finance, on the topic of trends in cleantech investments and will include presentations from Israeli alternative and sustainable energy technology companies looking for strategic investments and partnerships.

The Israeli companies presenting at the ENERGYVEST Summit include Metrolight, EVR Motors, Redler Computers, NewCO2Fuels, Tenoga, Powercom, LCB Bioenergy, HelioFocus, Green Ride, Phase3 Technologies, CellEra, Winflex, TransBiodiesel, SolarBead, SmartWind and Nanergy Systems.

The ENERGYVEST Summit will be hosted by Israel NewTech, a national program led by the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Labor aimed at promoting Israel’s water and sustainable energy sectors, PwC Israel, one of the leading accountancy and business consultancy firms in Israel, and Capital Nature, a leading investment firm in the area of renewable energies.
